  • A: We specialize in professional mixing and mastering for indie artists. We’ll help you take your raw tracks and turn them into polished, release-ready songs.

  • Q: What gear and software do you use?

  • A: Our studio features top-tier equipment, including the SSL Digital Controller, Apollo UAD interface, and a suite of UAD plugins. We work in Logic Pro, Ableton, and Universal Audio Luna—so your project gets the best tools and creative flexibility.

  • Q: Can you work with any genre?

  • A: Absolutely! Our specialties are soulful, alternative, R&B, and hip hop/rap—but we love working with artists from all backgrounds and genres.

  • Q: How do I send you my music for mixing or mastering?

  • A: Once you reach out through our contact form or email, we’ll guide you through a simple file transfer process.

  • Preferred file format: WAV, in either 48k or 44.1k sample rate (48k is best for streaming). If you can’t provide this, just let us know and we’ll work with what you have.

  • Stems: Yes, we accept and encourage sending stems for mixing—just let us know what you’ve got and we’ll make it work.

  • Q: Can you provide a clean version or radio edit?

  • A: Yes, we can create a clean version or radio edit for your track. There’s a small charge for this service, but if you already have a clean version ready to go, just send it along—especially if you’re requesting mastering.

  • Q: How long does the mixing/mastering process take?

  • A: For singles, the turnaround is typically 2 days. EPs are usually ready in 1–2 weeks. For full albums, timing depends on the number of songs—let’s chat about your project and set a timeline that works for you.

  • Need it sooner? Rush delivery is available for an extra fee—just ask!

  • Q: How will I receive my finished tracks?

  • A: You’ll get your final mixes/masters delivered digitally via a secure download link in the format(s) you need (WAV, MP3, etc.).

  • Q: How do payments work?

  • A: We require a deposit to book your session, with the balance due upon final delivery. Payment details and methods will be shared when you book your project.

  • Q: Can I request revisions?

  • A: Yes! Every order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions so you can get your sound just right. Additional revisions are available for a small fee.
